Christian Counseling for the Wounded, Weary, and Wondering
Find healing for anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relational issues, or church hurt.
Rediscover your identity in Christ. There’s room for your questions here.
You’re showing up. You love God. You’re doing your best.
But deep down, something still feels heavy.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, even when you're trying to stay grounded.
Maybe you’re carrying wounds from relationships, church hurt, or spiritual confusion.
Maybe life looks fine on the outside, but inside you feel dry, distant, or disconnected.
You’ve kept going. You’ve prayed. You’ve pressed through.
But even Jesus invited the weary to come and rest.
Even He pulled away from the crowds to be alone with the Father.
You’re allowed to do the same.
Christian counseling gives you space to pause and be honest.
To lay it all at His feet without needing to explain it perfectly.
To explore what healing might look like with both spiritual and emotional support.
If you're longing for peace, wisdom, or renewal, you’re in the right place.
Do you find yourself:
Struggling to connect with God like you used to?
Feeling anxious or exhausted even when you’re “doing all the right things”?
Carrying wounds from church, leadership, or close relationships you trusted?
Wrestling with difficult relational dynamics, isolation, or challenges in your marriage or relationship?
Questioning your faith or feeling distant from God?
Burning out as a leader or professional, with no space for your own healing?
If you see yourself here, you are not alone and you do not have to stay stuck.
Is This You?
You are not broken, but maybe you are tired. You may be carrying more than you realize or ready to invest in yourself and your faith in a deeper way.
This space is for you if:
You love Jesus and want therapy that honors your faith.
You are a professional, entrepreneur, or caregiver balancing a lot.
You have been in therapy before but want it rooted in biblical values.
You are discerning, processing, or preparing for a new season.
You are managing anxiety, stress, or loneliness under the surface.
You are thriving in some areas and quietly struggling in others.
You are curious about what healing, growth, and wholeness could look like with God at the center.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to begin. Sometimes the most powerful healing starts when you simply desire more peace, clarity, and alignment with your soul and with God.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
Psalm 34:18

How Faith and Therapy Work Together
This is a compassionate space where your faith is honored, not pushed aside.
Whether your relationship with God feels vibrant, distant, or complicated, you are welcome to bring your whole self into the process: spirit, soul, and body.
You are invited to bring:
Your walk with God, wherever it currently stands.
Your grief, anger, doubts, or disillusionment with church or faith.
Your longing to feel emotionally grounded and spiritually connected.
Your desire for clarity, healing, and wholeness in your relationship with God and others.
If desired, sessions may include spiritual practices such as:
Inner healing parts work and prayer
Guided reflection with Scripture
Christ-centered identity work and positive cognitions
Discernment tools and boundary setting
Rhythms of rest and renewal inspired by biblical principles
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”
— Isaiah 43:1
Faith-Integrated Therapeutic Approaches
Healing is most effective when we address both the heart and mind, spirit and body. That’s why I combine biblical insight with proven therapy methods tailored to your unique needs.
Here are some approaches I use to support your healing and growth:
Attachment-based therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help strengthen relationships, explore unmet emotional needs, attachment patterns, and the relational wounds that keep you from deeper connection with others and with God.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to safely process trauma and painful memories, reduce distress, and restore a sense of peace in your body and nervous system.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build awareness of unhelpful patterns, regulate intense emotions, and practice developing healthier habits and coping skills that align with your values and faith.
Psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences, internal conflicts, beliefs, and unconscious patterns shape your view of yourself, your relationships, and your relationship with God. Healing begins by making the unseen seen.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Therapy: explore your inner world through a Christ-centered lens by identifying and gently caring for the “parts” of you that carry pain, protection, or fear. IFS helps you approach your story with compassion and invite the Holy Spirit into the healing of your inner life.
Somatic and mindfulness-informed practices to reconnect with your body, breath, and the present moment using tools that help regulate your nervous system and invite the peace of Christ into your whole being.
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes,
And death shall be no more,
Neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore,
For the former things have passed away.
And he who was seated on the throne said,
Behold, I am making all things new!”
— Revelation 21:4,5
