Online Group Therapy in Texas

A safe place to process and connect with others

Be Fully Seen and Accepted in a Online Group

In a therapy group as a member, you are invited to notice what you feel and experience inside yourself and towards others and put that into words. Interacting in this way will help you get more comfortable in expressing the full range of your emotions. You will gain insight about your strengths as well as what stands in the way of vitality, authenticity and connection.

At Beloved and Known Counseling we offer process groups, and educational groups or skills based groups.

Who is a good fit for Group Therapy?

Good group clients are curious about themselves and others, motivated to grow, able to tolerate sharing time (and taking up time), and committed to showing up each week. It’s a great adjunct to individual therapy, or can be a stand alone therapy if someone has done some individual work and is ready for the more dynamic nature of group.

Benefits of Group Therapy
